An experienced project manager will act as a single point of contact for everything from agreeing initial requirements through to fit out and project completion.

Creative input will be provided by our award winning team, including alternative designs and layouts to help you choose the interiors that best meet the needs of your residents.

Working to your budget, we’ll supply itemised estimates covering all items and fitting. Once agreed, these costs will be fixed so you can relax in the knowledge your budget won’t be exceeded.

High-quality products and materials will be sourced via our team of in-house experts and trusted suppliers.

Regular communication ensures you’re fully updated at every stage of the process.

On-time delivery and installation by our skilled fitters guarantees we’ll meet your schedule. Our service includes unpacking, placement/installation of all items and comprehensive checks by the project manager. We’ll also ensure that all packaging is removed, leaving your premises neat and tidy.

Our after-sales service means we will be there to support you long after your new facility is up and running. On completion, any snagging work will be finished within two weeks and you will be provided with commissioning certificates for products such as electric profiling beds. Where appropriate, product training will also be provided to your staff.

In addition, we’ll leave you with a comprehensive folder containing information such as furniture product sheets, cleaning instructions for upholstery and soft furnishings, equipment guarantees and manuals.
